Basic pageview and user analytics are added using Posthog

New ENV Variables for frontend:

  1. NEXT_PUBLIC_POSTHOG_KEY
  2. NEXT_PUBLIC_POSTHOG_API_HOST
  3. NEXT_PUBLIC_POSTHOG_UI_HOST

Distributed Tracing on/off controlling using environment variables

New ENV Variable for backend:

  1. SENTRY_ENABLE_TRACING=TRUE/FALSE

LGTM!
Just one suggestion. You would have to do the same conditional in PostHogPageView I guess.
